Working with Sure Maintenance, Irwell Valley Homes is helping tenants across Greater Manchester to help reduce their fuel bills - lessening the burden of fuel poverty.
The partnership between The Sureserve Foundation, Endo Enterprises and Sure Maintenance and Irwell Valley Homes, has seen EndoTherm – a heating system additive added to inefficient boilers to help make the systems more efficient and reduce heating bills by up to 15%.
Ian Cusick, Gas Services Manager at Irwell Valley Homes said "We’re delighted to be helping residents to reduce their fuel bills. As well as helping to reduce fuel poverty, efficient and environmentally friendly boilers also helps to reduce our carbon footprint."
This is the first project carried out by the Sureserve Foundation and Endo Enterprises, using EndoTherm, but it is hoped that it will be the start of many more. Pat Coleman, Managing Director of Sure Maintenance said "Sure Maintenance always strives to assist our clients in enabling their tenants to cut costs and improve efficiency with their heating systems. The work of the Sureserve Foundation has provided us the fantastic opportunity of offering those tenants substantial savings, and at no cost to themselves. Endo Enterprises has proven to be an excellent partner with a ground breaking product in EndoTherm and we are looking forward to working closely with them in the future".
Alex Spragg, Trustee at the Sureserve Foundation, said "it is fantastic to be working in partnership with Endo Enterprises. The Surserve Foundation exists to help individuals and families reduce fuel poverty and fuel inefficiency, so we are really proud to be able to collaborate with Sure Maintenance and Irwell Valley Homes, to help some of their residents in this way".
