We want to provide good value for money for customers by getting the most out of the money we receive from the rent and service charges they pay.
Last year we made £1.4 million of savings by reducing our costs, reviewing the money we spend, and improving how we do things to be more efficient.
But we are always looking to improve. We regularly review our services and make savings wherever possible, so that we can reinvest the money into improving homes and services for customers. We review the money we spend and what we spend it on and take customers feedback onboard to see how we can make things better for them. And we compare our costs and performance with other housing associations to see if we can learn from them to improve.
