Spirit of Salford |
Spirit of Salford has been established by local organisations to provide support for the most vulnerable people in the area. It can support people who do not have any other way of sourcing food and medical supplies. They are also helping vulnerable residents to access hardship grants. Please only contact the hub if you require help accessing food or medical supplies and have no other means of doing this. |

Salford Citizens Advice |
Salford Citizens Advice provide free, confidential and impartial advice to residents of Salford. You can go to them with all sorts of issues such as if you have money, benefit, housing or employment issues. All of their face to face services are now closed to the public but they have allocated more staff to email and telephone advice. They are available via telephone Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm or via email 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. These services provide the same level of support as their face to face services. |

Council Tax Support |
You can submit an application for Council Tax council tax support / reduction online which is a benefit in place to help those on low income/benefits cover their council tax bill. |

The Launch Project |
The Launch Projects mission is to create a healthier and happier community in Salford. They are providing emergency food packs for people who are self-isolating or finding it hard to get out for supplies. |

Are offering basic living packages to the elderly of Whit Lane and the surrounding areas. These packages include a bottle of milk, bread, toilet roll and a bottle of water. All delivered for free. |

St James Church Higher Broughton Food Pantry |
Customers can choose 10 items of food for £2.50 including fresh, chilled and frozen foods. They are open every Wednesday from 11am to 1pm and they are observing strict social distancing measures. |

Salford Survivor Project |
Salford Survivor Project help and supports anyone who has been affected by domestic abuse or abuse within the family. Their ethos is to empower people to recognise the issues that are negative in their lives and encourage them to make positive changes to help them lead fulfilling, health relationships. If you are suffering from the effects of abuse during the lockdown, please call their helpline. They are open from 9am to 10pm 7 days a week. |
