As many of our colleagues work within our neighbourhoods on a daily basis, irwell valley homes have a visible presence and can address issues such as anti-social behaviour (ASB) and crime, quickly and efficiently.
irwell valley homes has a long-term commitment to reducing ASB throughout its communities and works in partnership with other agencies, such as the police and local authorities, to tackle the issue. Throughout the years, we have pioneered several successful schemes, which have to reduced incidents of ASB.
Anti-social Behaviour is “Conduct that has caused or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to any person; conduct capable of causing nuisance or annoyance to a person in relation to that person’s occupation of residential premises or conduct capable of causing housing related nuisance or annoyance to any person ”.
We are committed to taking positive action, in partnership with other agencies, to deal with all forms of anti-social behaviour (ASB). We recognise that if ASB is allowed to persist, it can significantly affect quality of life for those affected, and that dissatisfaction with the living environment could have a negative impact on the way we’re able to manage our homes.
