Have you ever wanted to go under cover? We have an exciting opportunity to become a mystery shopper!

Our team of mystery shoppers help us to develop and deliver the best possible services to customers by providing feedback to us after any contact they have with us. For example, if they report a repair, have a visit from their neighbourhood manager, or just call us with an enquiry – they tell us how well we did.

Our mystery shoppers are anonymous and our colleagues don’t know who they are. We do this as we want a true reflection of how well we are serving you.

Being a mystery shopper is easy, doesn’t take a lot of time and can fit around you. All you need to do is provide feedback anytime you are in contact with us. By going under cover and providing your feedback we can see what we do well and where we need to improve.
