We're here to help

here to help you with any money matters

We are the financial inclusion team and we are specially trained to offer expert money advice. We have helped hundreds of customers to manage their money well and deal with debt.

We also help people to increase their income. Last year we secured over £230,000 of additional income for the customers we supported.

We know that everyone's circumstances are different, so we will listen to you and tailor our support to suit your needs. And we will always offer confidential and non-judgemental advice.

We can help you with:

  • Welfare benefits
  • Making sure you are getting everything you're entitled to
  • Budgeting and managing your bills
  • Debt and rent arrears
  • Trust fund and charity fund applications
  • Accessing low cost furniture and white goods
  • Opening a bank account
  • Affordable credit
  • Saving energy and lowering your utility bills
