When you need a repair, we always want to attend when we say we will. There may be times when we need to change your appointment at short notice, including during very bad or extreme weather when some repairs are not safe to be carried out. This includes:
· Roofing, guttering, and loft repairs.
· Outside work - fencing, gates, paving, painting, rendering, and external lighting.
· Windows and front/back doors.
· Communal TV aerial repairs.
· Repairs which require our team to work at height outside (on ladders or scaffolding).
If we need to change your appointment at short notice, we will call you to arrange another suitable time for you.
