This improvement work will take place until 2026 and includes updating new kitchens, roofs, fencing and gates, boilers and painting.

We're improving green spaces and developing new areas to encourage nature, improve biodiversity and create places for the community to enjoy. 


During the height of the pandemic we focused on the roofing replacement programme which could be carried out more safely outdoors.

Now that restrictions have lifted, we are focusing on the internal improvements.

The kitchen replacement work will begin in April 2022. We will work around the estate street-by-street until 2026 (subject to any further delays outside of our control). 

Below is a table outlining the current proposed schedule. You will receive an exact date in advance of the work starting, along with information about what you need to do to prepare.

In the meantime, if you require any repairs to your current kitchen please let us know. The quickest and easiest way to do this is via our App which you can download from your App store - you will need your email address and tenancy sequence number which you can find on our rent statement or tenancy agreement.
