Meet the team

The day to day management of the will be managed by Seddon Site Managers, Steven Skelton and Neil McDermott. They will be supported by a resident liaison officer, Emma Bratt from Seddon and your Community Coordinator from Irwell Valley Homes. If you have any questions about the development, how it impacts you, how to get involved with any community projects linked to the scheme or to find out more about the new homes being built please contact one of the team using the details below.

Louise Marsden- Louise joined Irwell Valley Homes in September 2021 to manage the build of the new homes and the creation of the new outdoor spaces.

Emma Bratt - Emma works for Seddon and is the first point of contact for any questions or concerns about the building and development work. She keeps the community updated on the works as they happen via a regular newsletter.

You will need to complete the following steps: -

1: If you are already an Irwell Valley Homes tenant, please Call 0300 561 1111 for a transfer application form
2: Ensure you are registered with Trafford HOST by visiting here
3: If you aren't an Irwell Valley Customer, please register by visiting here NOTE: Applications are currently CLOSED.
